Hey there! Welcome to BombshellsByCarleeB, my name is Carlee and I’m so excited to have you in my chair! Trims and Tones LLC was founded in 2023 and opened for business Jan. 1st 2024. I am from North Dakota where I worked at a Redken Elite salon, became a Redken Specialist and licensed Cosmetology Instructor. I specialize in women’s colors as well as extensions, Keratin Treatments and blow outs. Since 2021 I have helped women feel beautiful one head of hair at a time and look forward to many more! ~ May everyday be a good hair day ~ I am happy to announce, as of July 1st 2024, payment plans are available for all services and product purchases! Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: FAILING TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY RESULT IN CANCELATIONS. Confirmation calls/ text messages/ emails will be sent prior to the 48 hr window. Any changes made to appointments less than 48 hours before the appointment time or no show may require a deposit before future appointments are available. No show appointments may not be eligible for any future appointments.
I reserve the right to suspend this policy as needed (I understand life happens sometimes).
If you need to make any changes to your appointment before the 48hr window, please do so online as I may be unavailable to immediately assist you.
SERVICE POLICY: All service and retail sales are final. Should your outcome not match what is discussed in your consultation I am happy to make minor adjustments within 7 days of your original appointment. Any alterations from the original plan will require a new appointment.
Not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property. Chemicals are in use that may stain, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM WEARING ITEMS OF VALUE, HIGH NECK OR HOODED TOPS.
LATE ARRIVALS: Cancellation or changes to the original appointment may occur after the 15 minute grace period.
Due to an increase in no shows/last minute cancellations some appointments & new clients require a deposit.
Deposits are due at booking and go towards the total amount due at the end of the service. Unpaid deposits will result in cancellations. Any changes that violate the cancellation policy will forfeit deposits.
Deposits are nonrefundable but are transferable with rescheduled appointments 2 times before a new deposit will be required.
Security cameras are in use throughout the facility.
